By engaging Tucson Handy Guys for handyman services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Provided

Tucson Handy Guys provides professional handyman services including but not limited to:

• Plumbing repairs and installations
• Electrical work and installations
• General contracting and home repairs
• Emergency repair services
• Home maintenance and improvement projects

3. Licensing and Insurance

Tucson Handy Guys is fully licensed and insured to provide handyman services in Tucson, Arizona and surrounding areas. All work is performed by qualified, background-checked professionals.

4. Estimates and Pricing

We provide detailed, upfront estimates for all work. Final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered during the work. Any significant changes will be discussed and approved before proceeding.

5. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A service charge may apply for returned checks.

6. Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our work, we will make it right at no additional charge. Warranty periods vary by type of work performed.

7. Liability and Insurance

Tucson Handy Guys carries comprehensive liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the cost of the work performed. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage not caused by our work.

8. Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

9. Property Access and Safety

Customer must provide safe access to work areas. We reserve the right to refuse work in unsafe conditions. Customer is responsible for securing pets and removing valuable items from work areas.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in Pima County, Arizona.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
